Welcome to Healthle. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Healthle website, mobile applications, and related services that let you discover diagnostic laboratories and book lab tests. By accessing or using Healthle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Important Medical Disclaimer
Healthle is a technology platform that connects you with diagnostic laboratories and facilitates the booking of lab tests and sample collection. Healthle is not a hospital, laboratory, clinic, or healthcare provider, and does not practice medicine.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations. Test results and reports are generated solely by the partner laboratory, which is fully responsible for the accuracy and reliability of those results. Always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional to interpret your reports and before making any medical decision.
In a medical emergency, do not rely on this platform. Contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of someone else (for example, a family member), you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to share their information with us.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Tests for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
- You can sign in using your Google account or an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including patient name, age, gender, contact number, and address.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Our Services
Healthle helps you find diagnostic laboratories in your area, compare available tests and prices, book tests, and request free home sample collection where available. We act as a facilitator between you and the Lab Partner. The actual diagnostic testing is performed by the Lab Partner.
5. Bookings & Confirmation
- When you place a booking, it is confirmed automatically by the system once the required details are provided. No manual approval is needed to confirm a booking.
- You must provide the patient's name, age, gender, address, contact number, and (if applicable) the referring doctor or self-referral at the time of booking.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate. Incorrect details may result in delays, an inability to collect the sample, or inaccurate reporting.
- A booking can be placed at any time of day. Sample collection, however, is carried out only within the collection window described below.
6. Home Sample Collection
Free home sample collection is offered for eligible tests within serviceable areas. A Collection Agent assigned by the Lab Partner (or, where required, by Healthle) will visit the address you provide.
Collection window: Home sample collection is available strictly between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. While bookings can be placed at any time, samples are collected only within this window.
Please ensure someone is available at the provided address during the collection window and follow any preparation instructions (such as fasting) for the booked test.
7. Pricing & Payments
- Test prices are set by the Lab Partners and are displayed on the Platform before you confirm a booking.
- Payments are currently collected offline. You pay directly at the time of sample collection or at the lab, as applicable. Online or in-app payment is not enabled at this stage.
- Prices may change from time to time. The price shown at the time of your confirmed booking applies to that booking.
- We strive to keep pricing transparent with no hidden charges.
8. Test Reports
Reports are generated by the Lab Partner that performs the test. Once the report is ready, it is made available to you through your Healthle account. Reporting timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the test type and the Lab Partner.
Healthle does not alter, interpret, or validate the medical content of any report. Responsibility for the accuracy of results rests with the Lab Partner.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled sample collection time.
- If you cancel within this window, you are eligible for a 100% refund of any amount paid.
- Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 hours after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Cancellations requested after this window (within 2 hours of the collection time) may not be eligible for a refund.
100% refund on cancellations made at least 2 hours before collection, processed within 2–3 hours.
10. Lab Partners & Collection Agents
Lab Partners and Collection Agents are independent third parties and are not employees of Healthle. Their participation on the Platform is governed by separate partner agreements. Lab Partners are responsible for the testing services they provide, the accuracy of results, and compliance with applicable licenses and healthcare regulations.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Platform
- Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform
- Misuse the home collection service or harass our agents
12. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle your personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there. Medical information is treated as confidential and shared only with the relevant Lab Partner and authorized personnel needed to fulfil your booking, or where required by law.
13. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership: All content, design, logos, and code on the Platform are the property of Healthle. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or scrape data from the Platform without our written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Healthle acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for the accuracy of test results, the conduct of Lab Partners or Collection Agents, or any medical outcome arising from the use of test results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
15. Service Availability
Services depend on Lab Partner availability and serviceable pin codes. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of West Bengal, India.
